As I embark on my third term as your Member of Parliament, I want to share with you one of my top priorities: transforming Kurukshetra into a skill training hub. This vision stems from a deep commitment to empower our youth and equip them with the skills needed to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
The world is changing rapidly, and with it, the nature of work and the skills required to succeed. Our youth are our greatest asset, and it is imperative that we provide them with the tools and opportunities to excel. By focusing on skill development, we can ensure they are not only prepared for today's challenges but also capable of shaping the future.
Over the years, we have witnessed remarkable talent and potential within our community. Our young people are eager to learn, innovate, and lead. To harness this potential, we need to invest in comprehensive skill training programs that cover a wide range of industries – from agriculture and manufacturing to technology and services.
Here are some key initiatives I plan to introduce:
Vocational Training Centres: Establishing state-of-the-art vocational training centres across Kurukshetra to provide hands-on training in various trades and professions.
Partnerships with Industry Leaders: Collaborating with leading companies and organisations to create apprenticeship and internship programs that offer real-world experience and job placements.
Tech-Driven Learning: Incorporating the latest technology and digital tools in our training programs to ensure our youth are proficient in modern skills and methodologies.
Entrepreneurship Development: Encouraging and supporting young entrepreneurs with training, mentorship, and access to resources to start and grow their own businesses.
Skill Certification: Introducing certification programs that are recognised nationally and internationally, enhancing the employability of our trained individuals.
Making Kurukshetra a skill training hub is not just about providing education; it's about creating pathways to success and self-reliance. It's about ensuring that every young person has the opportunity to build a fulfilling career and contribute to the growth of our community and nation.
I am committed to working tirelessly to make this vision a reality. Together, we can create an environment where talent is nurtured, potential is realised, and dreams are turned into achievements. Promoting patriotism has always been close to my heart. Through the Flag Foundation of India, we have advocated for the right to display our national flag with pride. This initiative has not only instilled a sense of national pride but also brought our community closer together. As I embark on this new term, I am filled with optimism and determination.
